Better than anything my dentist could provide me
The soft night guards have been a game changer for me. I clench my teeth throughout the night and was waking up in the morning with jaw pain and headaches. This guard is soft enough to cushion my teeth but strong enough to keep my jaws from clamping down. My jaw pain has been greatly reduced (sometimes gone) and I no longer wake up with headaches. I don’t love the taste of plastic. I had signed up for this right before having my wisdom tooth pulled. I think that disturbed the work flow so I got so many “reminder” emails it was annoying and I unsubscribed multiple times I didn’t find them that funny…aggressive assumptions so just resubscribed once my bottom teeth and jaw reset into an impressionable place which would be productive for the initial intention. Just wondering if this plastic is good for me considering
